Love's Light by Raine English, First Street Church Kindle World

Serenity Wright is taking care of her family, since her mom left and her dad got hurt. Love’s Light is a sweet, engaging story complete with a sullen teenager and Serenity’s dreams of singing at the Grand Old Opry. She’s waitressing and singing at a honky tonk on weekends to make ends meet, but when she meets a well-known country songwriter, will she turn him away before he has a chance to make her dream come true?

Axel Scott is a songwriter who can’t write. He’s escaped to a cabin in the woods owned by a friend in Sweet Grove, Texas. But when he’s finally found someone who inspires his writing, can he convince her to take a chance on him?

Serenity sings at Eli’s and Axel hears her. Axel’s writing flows and he wants Serenity to sing his song. She doesn’t want to have to choose between taking care of her sisters and her father and a career. How would she be able to choose?

Love’s Light is an inspirational sweet story of taking a chance on your future to see what will happen. Love’s light will shine the way.

A Highland Pearl by Brenda B Taylor (Highland Treasures Book 1)

Loved this inspirational Scottish romance. Clan Cameron and Clan Munro are feuding and Maide Cameron and her son are in the middle of it. Can Andrew Munro prove his love for Maide and bridge the gap in their faith? Maide is an outcast, considered a black witch for her healing knowledge. Can Maide and Andrew bring peace to their clans before it's too late?

If you enjoy inspirational historical romance, you'll love this Scottish romance. Brenda Taylor brings the 16th century to life in A Highland Pearl. For a step back in time, including clan rivalry, historical facts, and romance, this is a great read.

Sunshine Book 9 by Joy Ohagwu

Sunshine is a delightful end to this series. I am sad to say goodbye to the characters I’ve come to know as family and friends but this book is a perfect conclusion. If you haven’t read any of the books in this series, I suggest starting at Book 1 and working your way through. You’ll be glad you did. Each one is filled with suspense, intrigue, romance. If you love inspirational suspense, you’ll love this series.

Sunshine is just as good as Book 1. Through the books in the series, watching Ritz grow up, seeing how God led Robert Towers, his wife, Pete, and the others, my faith has been strengthened as my enjoyment of inspirational suspense has been filled.

Contagion (Dark Days Book 1) by Marcy Dyer

Once you start this book, you won’t be able to put it down, unless it’s to slow your heart rate or cover your eyes. Love zombie apocalypse stories? You’ll love this one. The action doesn’t stop.

Randi and her father’s company build a compound for Reginald. He knows it’s only a matter of time before the human rabies virus gets out of hand. Can Reginald and his family get to the compound before they are infected? Mark and Josh, Reginald’s brothers, are trying to get to the compound as well before getting bitten. When the human rabies cases start increasing, Randi makes plans to take her family to the compound she helped build. Can Randi hold her family together as they come to terms with the new normal? Will they be forced to leave if the rightful owners show up?

For a nail biting zombie apocalypse novel, you won’t be disappointed in this one. This is a clean read, so no curse words or objectionable material. Just all the zombie encounters your heart can handle. Plenty of suspense, action, and adventure, with a touch of romance.
